Getting trained for a new career isn’t worth much if you can’t get a job once your internship is done. That’s why we at Aquanauts have created an entirely separate company devoted to finding jobs for our intern graduates.
Jobs4Divers enhances our existing in-house job placement assistance that, in the past two years, has led to Aquanauts interns to land jobs in Hawaii, Florida, Greece, Australia, the Turks & Caicos Islands, Canada, Malaysia, the U.K. and throughout Thailand. In fact, 90% of our interns who actively sought employment after graduating are now working in the industry.
The centerpiece of Aquanauts' job placement service is our new Jobs4Divers.com Network of websites. Not just a web page, Jobs4Divers is a network of five different sites focused on jobs in specific sectors of the industry, including instructors, divemasters, tech divers and commercial diving.
The flagship Jobs4Divers.com is now open to the public and the other sites will follow soon. When completed, they will be the most-advanced diving job search service on the Internet offering free and premium services to match dive job seekers with diving-related companies.
While Jobs4Divers will be available for all Internet users, Aquanauts interns get special extra benefits:
The thing that really makes Jobs4Divers unique, however, is that we don't wait for jobs to come to us: We employ full-time, in-house staff that go out and find jobs for you by contacting dive centers and employers around the world.
Each Aquanauts intern is assigned to a Jobs4Divers employment counselor who will work personally with the job seeker to get their resumes and cover letters online and find jobs that match the individual's interests.
This personal assistance builds upon Aquanauts' existing network of contacts built up by our staff. Our Course Directors and instructors have more than 50 years of diving experience and have developed contacts that span the world.

We at Aquanauts believe helping our interns find jobs ourselves is just as important as training them well. We take that responsibility seriously, which is why we've created the Jobs4Divers business and hired staff that works personally with each intern and works seven days a week to contact employers around the world to find them jobs.
In the end, however, finding a job is only half the battle. Once you get that job, you need to keep it. Again, this is where Aquanauts’ Personalized Training System shines through.
Our interns have a proven track record of graduating with top-notch skills and months of real-world, hands-on experience running a dive business, thanks to our small class sizes and personal training from our very experienced staff.
The fact is great instructors always get great jobs. So, if you’re looking to make diving a career, choose a training center where you get the best-quality instruction, most-experienced staff and best value. If you do, finding a great job will be the easy part.
