Instructor Development Course & IE -- Dec. 2006

Hard work and determination were the hallmarks of Aquanauts' December instructor class, saw all 5 Instructor Exam candidates pass their test.

Two English brothers, Andy & Phil Parks, Englishman Tom Barrett and Swiss Henry Thuelmann both took a longer route to the PADI Instructor Exam than usual, but when they did they literally made a splash. They were joined by fellow Englishman Matt Bradbury, who started with Aquanauts more than 6 months ago.

Henry, who lives in Thailand, worked toward his instructor credential over the span of 14 months. Andy & Phil, knocked out of last month's IDC by eye infections, battled back and sailed through this month's course. Tom (not pictured) did most of his exam last month and got his certification after completing the academic tests this month. Matt, who had never dived before coming to Aquanauts, proved the ace he is throughout the 10-day course and 3-day exam..

All scattered numerous perfect 5.0s in their confined and open water training and exceptional marks during the academics. Congratulations to all!
